  • Kims most dramatic song. Great!

  • I remember this side getting a little airplay, not as much as "Take Me In Your Arms", but L.A. jocks gave it a spin or two. Kim was huge at my house, all right. She didn't have any L.P.'s at the time, but those 45's were always spinning.

  • Great great great!

  • This is magic Kim!

  • Hey Magic, it's this song that "brings tears to my eyes..." Thanks for posting it for all of us who love Kim Weston!..............Jan

  • ONE OF MY favorite Kim Weston tunes! Thanks for posting!

  • Kim is great!!!! (and she's from Philly!!!!)

  • Nice song. Motown had so many songs and Kim Weston was another fine singing sister in the stable of many stars at the comopany.

  • Hey motownmagic1959 Why does the video stop and starts 689 during the play ask some one and hit me back OK!

  • I think you may have somehow clicked twice on the site, as it plays perfectly when I play it, in the evening when many are on YOU TUBE, it is slow to load with the streaming, but just drag the radio button back to the beginning, OK?

  • thanks bob again for the vids you have a great teast of music

  • Very nice song!

    Thank you and

    to Bob for sharing!

  • classic motown

  • unreal..she was so good!..huge slowdance jam in Philly back in the day...thanks for the memories on this

  • This record - this side! - became well-known among those that followed and listened to the

old-school DJ's like Harvey Holiday and Jerry Blavat (and others, too) featuring both Soul

and Motown in particular generously in their

rotations on Philadelphia and Philly-area radio stations. A great, terribly-underrated side. As the WOGL jingle goes: "The other side is just as great, turn it over on Oldies 98"

  • Nice. By the way, have you got anything by The Lewis Sisters?

  • I certainly have xwsftassell, most likely the one you are thinking of! they didn't have many singles, did they? which one did you have in mind?

    John

  • I was most specifically thinking about "You Need Me" which disappeared from my record collection several aeons ago, but then there's also that ripsnorting "Don't Make Me Live Without Your Love", isn't there. So either one would be fantastic. Cheers.
