@DemonicBear07 WATCHOUT i did the first intel i think, the one in the middle of the truck mess and they didnt see me but it glitched my thing and i kept dyin coz they always alerted them when we about to make a break for it, i had to restart the mission, just get it and die so u go back to a checkpoitn and it conitnues, i did ghilles in the mist and died like 5timess and still got the achievemnt

You can see how many laptops you have in a level by either pausing the game, going to options, or going to the cheats in the options. I can't remember but I know you can see it that way

For the one at 7:05 i picked up a stinger, took down the helicopter in the camp that you just sneaked through, at which point my cover was blown and i thought that was it, but then i picked up a G36C and stayed up in the little room, waited for them to come, dogs and all, and took the lot of them down! To trigger the second intel in One Shot, One Kill, you go to the enemy spawn point (On the side of the large building) when the two enemy helicopters come. This prevents the last waves of badguys so its forced to open the doors as another spawn point for enemies. Go through the doors and take your prize.
