I started playing the sport again tonight after a lonngggg absence. Some buddies that play university badminton asked me to come out and I managed to stay in a few rallies of about 7 or 8 hits and even won a game.I felt somewhat impressed with myself but after watching this vid I'm embarrassed with myself and may retire my racket and shuttle cocks for good.Some impressive shit in this vid.They move like graceful ninjas out there.
