  • it really fast

  • Does FireFox have something similar to incognito mode?

  • yeah it does. It has "Start private browsing". Its in the tools tab

  • great! i love google chrome! it really fast on my pc.

  • I like chrome, I was wondering how to change to top to the blue, i have vista and it's clear but if i change the theme back to windows classic it turns blue. but i hate windows classic but i don't really like the top clear

  • You can download the skins from sites but there is no option for them in the settings you have to install the controll+ for it its a cracked app from googlecrome beta and there will be an option for that

  • Foxmarks IE is a complete piece of crap. I would never use anything in alpha stage. And it doesn't even work in Vista properly without UAC enabled. No thanks.

  • No it isn't. Foxmarks is Firefox-only. Chipmark is cross-browser compliant.

  • How much better is Chrome from Firefox 3?

  • I like that incognito mode feature.

  • Google chrome kind of sucked but if its faster i might try it again.

  • That was a great instructional video. But how the hell do you type that fast?

Speaking of which: how come we haven't seen "predictive text" migrate from iphone/ WM touchscreen apps to desktop browsers? For example: for people like me who hunt & peck with 2 fingers and are always making mistakes, it would be nice to have the same intelligence operating on a browser -- for the URL box and well as a comment box like this one. any thoughts on this?

  • There is predictive in FF 3 to a degree. If you type a word in the address bar and just wait, suggestions are given (the "predictions"). The longer you wait the more suggestions show up (and scrollable or use up up/down keys). It's not quite the same as phones but it is there. With FF 3 you just wait longer compared to the "right-now" predictive suggestions with a phone.

  • Groovy!

  • I'm sticking with Firefox.

  • My whole reason for sticking with firefox is Foxmarks plugin for cross-platform bookmark synchronization. But ever since Firefox 3, I have had so many problems... Thus, if Foxmarks were made into a plugin that worked with Google Chrome, I would be HAPPY to change. But bookmark syncing is mission critical for me. So, until there's a cross-BROWSER sync tool, i'm not able to switch browsers, no matter how good Chrome is.

  • Chipmark is cross-browser between IE and Firefox but unfortunately not Chrome (yet).

  • Nice Tutorial video.Merry Christmas.
