i was at great adventure today and kinda ka was closed but i don't soo a 30 sec ride makes up for a four to six hour wait when there are plenty of other great rides like bizarro which was the old medusa was really good

You really gotta think about what you say. They are both made by Intamin. They are both the same type of coaster, thus they have near identical elements. Dude, the launch isn't done by LIM or LSM. It uses a hydraulic catch-car that pulls the train down the track until it gets to the incline.

Hate to burst your bubble, but Kingda Ka doesn't use LINEAR INDUCTION MOTORS. It uses a cable that is propelled by a insanely fast spinning drum powered by hydrolic fluid...:-)Nice video otherwise.
