dude the fights were sped up thats why he was moving so fast. in the movie he moves normal speed but in a pattern that is were he lands and shots its for a point blank dead shot. in this video the editor made all the action speed up thats why it seems so fast. watch the movie its good

Actually Equilibrium is on a whole different level from the Matrix, the Matrix is of alterate reality, and is mostly computerized and digital, and stunts were done by cables. Equlibrium is on a higher level, so high the Matrix can't reach it. Equilibrium was done by video cameras on a set, handmade by people, and Christian Bale uses his own body to do his own stunts. Gun-Kata rules high above flying and fake ninja moves.
