Maybe leave this vid on YouTube since it has so many views, and put the newly uploaded video with the right audio and put it as a video response to THIS one so your viewers can find the video with the correct audio.

I actually did a 12 pains of Christmas parody also and they one day removed the audio and I just told them in the dispute form that my video is a parody and parodies do NOT need permission from the copyright owner, the audio was always either instantly restored OR later that day returned to the video.

You should have filed a copyright complaint. I have had to dispute them removing many of my videos audio and I do mostly parodies and I just say, "My video is a parody and you do not need persmission fromthe copyright owner to do parodies." Usually right away my audio is restored but if its been a long time since they removed it and you replaced the audio, I would try uploading the video Again WITH the original audio and if it gets removed, fill out the dispute form with what I said.
