  • I'm on day 4 of a water fast. Today is a lot easier than the first 3 days. I don't feel a craving hunger like I did the first three days and my energy is strong today. I'm going to stay with it for a while. I haven't decided how long yet for sure. I'm taking it day by day right now. There's a mental hurdle to overcome, but my confidence is gaining. I also find that my spiritual focus is renewing along with my physical and mental renewal.

  • when i was getting stout i went for long walks and ate things like mackrel sandwiches with black pepper for example, avoided fatty foods. it is just about being sensible, some people are not sensible and they go too far with dieting.

  • @Nicatroubadour water fasting gets rid of the toxins that your body builds up. it is very healthy for you, and very popular in many cultures.

  • I would like to start a water fast.  How much water did youi drink in one day total?

  • how did you go past 3 days with just water?

    I tried water fasting. Best was 48 hours.

    After that, the hunger crave was too strong, no matter how many water i drink to get rid of the feeling.

    How did you do it? Did you REALLY take nothing but plain water during the 30 days? Did you eat anything else within that pariod?
