OK. Hazardous waste dumping is below inhuman. I hate litterers and throwing away toxics materials like this is godawful. You would think by 2012 us as humans would evolve and start utilizing more then 8% of what they call a brain. I want a better world for my child and theirs but sadly some of the primitive humans have to ruin it. Catch up a evolve with the rest of us.

@TVman1981 - Take a little cruise on Alemany, from Geneva-ish to Silver, and see what we've been told is not The City's problem, unless someone pushes all of the dumped items into the street, that is. The worst block is between Seneca and Onondaga. It's sad because this is also the block that was just spruced up with an enormous mural done by volunteers from the Excelsior, Crocker-Amazon, and The Outer Mission. Pride for The City needs to be passed down, just like we do for the Giants and 49ers.

This kind of thing is a learned response. OrEgon natives have been dumping their trash, toxic and otherwise, in the woods for generations. Until they issue hunting licenses and declare open season on these idiots, it will only get worse.
