Ottoman Empire included Arabs obviously, but there were many reasons why the empire collapsed. Apart from nationalism, the empire itself was gradually weakening from within as was the case for all previous caliphates. Also, Ottoman Empire was for all Muslims, and it was led by the Turks which is great for the history of Islam. I am still learning more on Ottomanism, and i'm very fascinated with it.
