I didn't notice this problem on either of the two that I got but all figures have minor problems like ankles or neck pins or paint or something like that. I wouldn't worry about it!

He's really awesome and you did a good review, my only little complaint is his shoulders are a little stiff to move up an down one the one I got and it seems to put pressure on the pin that connects the shoulder to the chest. Is that a common thing with past figures?
