9 yrs on a chain. It just disgust me that people think it's ok to have a dog and make it live its life that way! I would like to chain them up and see how they would enjoy their lives.
This is so sad. You can tell that all he wants is love. It's great that they got him off the chain--wonderful. But he's still going to be alone out there. :( Makes me want to cry.
