@MsCare20 On some points I think you are right with your observations. The 2011 Aliwan performance of Tribu Pan-ay was really spectacular and breathtaking but this 2012 Dinagyang performance of this tribe needs more polishing and revisions to really have that A-1 performance at Aliwan 2012.
