AVP2 was the ultimate RPG. Solo campains were huge and very long, total immersion, really scary. AVP3 is alright on multi, but it has much less variety (where are the predaliens??). And at least AVP2 was not influenced y the shitty AVP films!!!

sure the graphics don't look that great NOW, but at the time they were pretty bitchin. I was so young when this came out and it was so much fun. The atmosphere was great, especially in the marine campaign, I remember having to run out of an alien hive, tons of aliens in tow while trying to make it to an escape vessel. Game had its share of tense, pants-shitting moments

@TheJamko22 Yes the textures get old with time, but the graphical design of Crysis will ensure that it will be nice looking even after 10 years. The same is with this game which however didnt have all those technologies games have now and therefore it looks old, but still looks nice thanks to the design. I wonder if there is some big technological advancement in the sphere of computer graphics, awaiting us in the next years, that will blow Crysis into "old graphics" group.
