I don't know! I think it's her body language--I mean, Kate Mulgrew is certainly pretty, but the still shots alone are just, well, okay. But she starts moving and waving her hands about and touching people (constantly!!) on the shoulders, and damn well *swaggering* down the corridors. Whilst kinda growling at you and smiling at the same time... *faints into a puddle on the decking*
