I have two of these and theyu both use 2AA batteries (3VDC) what did you do to modify the circuit to take the 7.2 volts or whatever you are running it off? I might mod my other one like this if it zaps harder. I just don't want to burn out the HV zapper circuit.

no, I did not mod the board, just soldered the wire leads in. If you do this, don't run the zapper constantly, it will fry the board!

Watch for the big brother bugs that will come after you when you sleep may need to up to 12 volt but that is one nice zapper.
