umm i dont understand what your asking on the first, but as far as i know you cant set your songs as your ringtone normally. You can prob download a program that will alow you to but i dont of any, you'll just have to look

hey, i had the same problem. but i fanally figured it out. here's wat u do:

1) open itunes. 2) go to edit, then go down to preferences. 3) click on the Advanced tab, then click on the Importing subtab. 4) Change the "aac encoder" to "mp3 encoder". 5) click ok. 6) right click on the song u want, then click "convert selection to mp3", and then u will hav 2 songs, but one is in mp3 format. 7) now follow this video, but when u drag the song onto ur lx, make sure u drag over the mp3. enjoy!

yea sometimes it does that to me too....its wierd but most of my other songs worked so the only thing i can suggest is trying a different song . i hope that helps!

um you can go to the start menu, go to my computer, and then open it up from there, it should be under one of your drives, i dont remember which one, i dont have this phone anymore

i dont THINK its aganist copyright, but i have never payed for anything off of iTunes, i get all my music through torrents, so i dont think you should have a problem since you bought it, you own a copy and its yours.
