That's a great question! It is written into the score, and I did so at the request of Robert Kozanek himself, and also at the suggestion of Kirk Trevor (principal guest conductor, Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra). I met both of them in Bratislava, Slovakia last year during a recording session.
