  • @TheFunismyfunction I've tried a couple of different kinds, betty crocker is a good one, but I've also had good results with the generic brand mixes too

  • @yoyomax12 thanx i`m making ur recipe today (crossing fingers) and btw i noticed some recipes add vinegar, why is that?

  • How many people will this serve?

What will the ingredients be for 10 people?

  • @MegaShark50 This would serve ten people if you cut the pieces small and served it with ice cream and whipped cream on the side

  • @sshaCORE yes

  • i only have 8 ounce packages of cream cheese can i divide it to make it 3 oz or do i have to buy another?

  • @jesschonweewee Just cut the 8oz package in half, the extra ounce of cheese won't make a difference. :)

  • Made this it was very yummy i doubled the batch and used a 9x13 pan very fudgey without being oily and a nice chewy crust thanks again Tammy

  • @siobhan911 Glad you made the brownies (now go do homework!) :)

  • thats looks delicious!!! ^_^

  • @ShareenaRich Thanks! :)

  • @GadgetGirlful You should find another recipe (just plain brownies) if you want to omit the cream cheese. You need to alter the other ingredients if you leave it out

  • Hi Tammy, I made these a few days ago and they are delicious. My edges turned out crispy and kind of chewy. Did I do something wrong? Baked to long maybe?

  • @yoyomax12 I tried to view "how to make a box from a greeting card" and 2 others of yr videos and it said they can't be viewed from an iPhone. Could u check the settings when u have time?? Tks a million. Love yr style!!!

  • My Mom used to make there too when I was growing up!

  • I didn't see your Beth apperance. I miss your sweet face. Wonferul video Tammy. My speciality is cheese cakes so this is very intersting. Marbling is always good ;).

  • You're right, no Beth peek in this one! LOL

This is a very cheesecakey type brownie, can you ever go wrong with marbling? lol

  • Thanks for explaining the clear vanilla, I was wondering! hahaha

  • I had a HUGE bottle of vanilla and so my surprise it was empty! Must have been all that Christmas baking! Too lazy to get in a cold cold cold car and go to the store.

I should explain, in the winter here in Ontario we get snow and cold . Snow is that white stuff you see on the mountains ;)

  • omg that looks awesome! thanks for the video!!

  • Thanks Jackie!

  • fudgy brownies are better than the cake ones.. imo-- those look amazing, Tammy,.

And LOL@ Beth asking if Max would mind a much older sister.. that made me laugh.

  • I do agree with you Amanda, the fudgy brownies are better than the cake ones for sure! Would Beth be a great sister? lol

  • This looks SOOO yummy:-)

  • Thanks Daryl!

  • very nice i will try it this week end...:)

  • Hello! I'm a little late with my comment responses.

    Did you try the brownies?

  • Beautiful!

  • Thank you Barb!

  • Can I come live with you? Would Max like a much older sister? YUMMY!!!!!! Money shots = make me want to lick my screen.

  • You are the only one that usually mentions my money shots! It is appreciated. :)

Of course you can come live with me, Max would love an older sister. I'd even give you an allowance ;)

  • These look delicious! Great job~

  • Thanks Jules

  • Tammy , now that my 30 year old son has moved in with us temporarily I am baking more and more. He and Allen both think there should be cookies any time of the day or night .. I made lemon cookies today but am going to get cream cheese and make these tomorrow.. I am not a chocolate addict but think I will like these too... yummy

  • Hello Dolores!

My husband and son also expect to have dessert in the house! They don't complain when I give them store bought cookies every once and a while, lol.

  • Thanks much! These are a family favourite.

I do appreciate your very kind comments

  • Tammy, that looks so good !

You are killing me with these tasty deserts ! ggrrr

    Thanks for the video....send me a piece ; )

  • Hello Jordan!

Glad you enjoyed the brownie video, too bad you weren't close enough to pop over for a slice.

  • I just watched how to make these on America's Test Kitchen. They sound wonderful! Thanks for sharing, Tammy - roc

(PS - I never would have thought that almond extract would have worked in the place of vanilla!) - roc

  • All that the vanilla does is add flavour, it doesn't do anything in the "mechanical" process of baking. You can use, lemon, rum, cherry extracts, whatever you like. Vanilla is a nice mellow flavouring that doesn't overpower the other flavours in the baking.

The entire brownie is gone, didn't quite make 24hrs in this house, lol.

  • Looks yummy & easy ! :-)

  • It is a bit fussy because you have to use three bowls, but worth it. They are very fudgy.

  • they look ao good i wish i liked cream chesse

  • Don't like cream cheese? :0

The cheese taste is fairly prominent in this one so you most certainly wouldn't like them.

  • This recipe will be my next dessert.

    It looks soooooo yummy!

    love you !

  • Love you!

  • For the love of all that is holy ...... GOD GIVE US TASTE-O-VISION!! *drool*

  • I agree. Wouldn't it be so nice ! :-)

  • I vote for taste-0-vision!! lol.

  • could you use Self Rising flour and if so, How much of it do i use? would I still add the salt and baking powder?.. -Thank You--Angie-

  • You could use self rising flour and leave out the salt and baking powder. There are conversion website out there that will tell you how much to use. I've never used self rising flour so I'm not really sure.

  • They look so good....

Congratulations on your new website! How cool!

  • Thanks! Since I saw Beth's site, I thought it would be fun to make one for myself.

  • Mmmmm lovely Brownie's I am gonna make these..thanks for uploading..:)...x :)

  • These are a family favourite, they didn't even last 24 hrs here, lol.

  • Your Quilling page is beautiful.

I could never have the patience to do that. Wow... the stuff you have made is just exquisite.

    Hugz

  • Thanks, the quilling takes patience but the results can be amazing.

  • yummie

  • Thanks, they are a family favourite!

  • OMG..There goes my diet for a couple more days..... Ahahahaha

    HugZ sweetness

  • They didn't last 24hrs here and I admit to eating a good portion of them! yep, so much for diets.

  • One of my old favorites. I'm scared to even try it now. I'm worried I'll no longer like it (like many of my old favs) and it will be a ruined memory.

    Anywho, it looks yummy!

    take care - jenn

  • Hi Jenn! Nice to see you here.

I can't imagine that you wouldn't like these anymore, but they are very very rich.

  • The video is working for me.

mhmm its looks delicious like a chocolately sandwich, with creamcheese filling of course :D

  • I should have marbled them a bit more, but the "sandwich" effect was kind of cute.

    Thanks!

  • Yum! okay it played for me. I was just wishing for brownies so you know what my oven will be doing! :) Thanks Tammy.

  • It took a few minutes for it to play, but it finally did, I think that they come up live before they are fully processed for some reason.

    Thanks Liz!

  • Oh yes this looks lovely.....

    :-)

  • Thanks Trish! They didn't last 24hrs here!

  • WOW! Looks delish! I'm making these NOW!

  • Yay! Let me know how you like them!

  • I made them and they didn't last but minutes around here..SOOOO GOOOOD!! Thanks so much for sharing the recipe. They were heavenly!

  • Looks like another winner Baker Tammy! Hugs and Smooches girlie!

  • Baker Tammy! lol

Wasn't there a Tammy Baker? lol

  • Yes there was a Tammy Faye Baker but alas she passed away and you don't have the eyemakeup to do her..

  • Yummy! Favd!

  • Thanks Rhana, they are family favourite here!

  • Everyones having this problem, it's soo annoying!

But at last I've seen it and YUMMIE!!!

  • Well it won't load for me. It says 45 people have seen it, yet it won't come up on my server. So I'll come back. I went to your quilling page - loved it. While looking at the tiny plants I wondered what you'd do with them - for a doll house or what? Then I see that you put them into a shadow box. Brilliant! And so beautiful. See you back here later.

  • it working now!

  • Thanks for letting me know!
