A while ago I discovered this on Youtube under a New Wave channel with various... new wave videos. I finally bought the single which includes Not Too Late on the back. My very first single! It is SO WONDERFUL so anyone who found out these guys from the internet, please please buy the single. Everything sounds so much better than from here or a mp3 player, the bass and guitar are more clear and everything is more epic and awesome on it. I love it so much I'll rebuy the single, mine skips..

classix were my favorite band in the whole wild world in the 80s and you could stick your durans and depeche nouveaux would do for me ...guilty was and still is a brilliant track it comes aclose second to soldier and just in front of inside outside night people is just crammed full of brilliant tracks and some that didnt make the cut old world for sale/we dont bite and the title track night people ..if your reading mik.sal bp and gary thanx for the album of my youth..

@robbos44 Yes it is a wonderful album, next I'm getting La Verite. Classix are a very varied band with all of the instruments coming together sounding great, with tons of different kinds of songs, from the grieving plea of No Sympathy, No Violins, to the vulnerable Or A Movie, the exposure of homeland security in Every Home Should Have One. and of course Soldier. Sal wrote such meaningful emotional songs, refreshing compared to the machismo of a lot of rock bands.

@RukiKatiakicz let me tell you ...you wont be dissapointed with la verite..with .i will return..and the self titled la verite being the stars of the show ..i got the album on the day of its release a few years ago now ,but theyve stood the test of time....after this youve got secrets to enjoy which was there last studio album as classix..ive uploaded a live version of the robots dance from 1981 that i transfered from a cassette which contains 2 entire gigs ..30yrs old so forgive the quality

well Sal turned into christian music, actually his new stuff is pretty good, dunno much about rest of the guys. One of them has catering business and Mick Sweeney has become a daddy recenly... you can check their profiles at myspace ;)

Their sound is INNOVATIVE! I was born in 1976 and was exposed to this era of music around five or six years (via radio and MTV). I love music from bands that weren't necessarily big in the U.S.!

In those times Classix Nouveaux was much more popular in Poland then somewhere else. They even played in polish movie.
