The veins do not protrude at the back of female hands, the person in this video do not have his/her veins protruding and considering the longer fingernails that very much looks like female fingernails, therefore, the person is female.
true there are a few females who have protruding veins, but not many...and yes some males have long fingers, but their nails tend to have a wider shape than female nails, so even if a male has longer fingernails, you can still tell it's a male.
The hands in this video are definitely female...and besides, you can hear the female voice in the video when she spoke before she decorated the cookie...the male voice was the guy holding the camera.
@JEnokokame I've seen some males with skinny fingernails and I have a lot of friends (both male and female) in the UTAU community who's voices are quite high (and quite low) All of this simply depends on the person. I'm sorry if i'm being irritating...there's just a lot of diversity on this planet and you can't really make definite rules for anyone.
