TKD has two division WTF and ITF. WTF is one in olympics. And both WTF and ITF has division by weight, just like boxing. Also, TKD does have practice knife or sword. It's about form and sparing. Most of time, practices Kicks. If you are atheletics for olympics and local tounament, you will be pratice are all about sparring. About 540, 720, 900 kick, you might do for fun. But most of couch wiil not let you pratice it during time. Also, by looking this guy, kick is not that tight and not so fast.
