hey i live in valdosta, i have no idea how far or close that may be but ive been getting into parkour lately and every down here thinks im crazy but it just feels free and is an awesome workout , so hit me up if its close by. or just repost and well see whats up.

HOw do you not do parkour anymore its life my friend. I started a crew in Jefferson Ga. We train in commerce in a gymnastics gym. so if anyone is looking to join a crew and or learn how to do parkour/freerunning let me know.
