I love the way you present your vids. I would like to know what camera and recording/editing system you use. The way you show the work area and not bounce allover the place is perfect. Do you record voice at the time you make the dish or dub it in later?
So many questions and so little time.
I look forward to hearing from you or send me to someone else that I can ask questions to?
It's amazing how critcal people are when THEY AREN'T THE ONES COOKING! Wash the roast?! LMAO! That just sounds funny. Oh and I guess you're supposed to wash your hands each time you touch the roast. It's what Lysol wipes are for people...seriously!
Pretty good video! The roast looked like it turned out good. The only thing I must say I didn't like was that the meat wasn't washed first. But to each is own... I like the music also.
hey nice video! neat and simple. im still kind of new to this cooking thing, and sometimes it gets a little daunting trying to cook something out for the fist time. but hey, the first step always the toughest! thanks guys.
I don't get it, and don't anyone call me a dumbass, but shouldn't you have water in there to stop it from burning? Or is that a special oven or something?
Very good show, I love the way the Mrs JUST tolerates the obnoxious Husband... you need to play that up a bit.. it could even be Entertaining as well as useful to your viewers..
You should be more careful of cross contamination. I notice you touch the raw beef and then handle the spice containers. It has been proven that bacteria can live millions of years in the form of a spore that's just waiting for proper living conditions.
I LOVE garlic, thanks so much for sharing your cooking ideas. Have you got any recipes for authentic American cooking? You know? The sort of thing that would be cooked exclusively in the USA?

Just the natural juices of the roast. It's not being boiled or steamed but roasted.. Youre not a dumb ass..The oven is just an oven.
