Walldiving isn't cheap in SF4, why would anyone even say so. Walldiving owns in ST, and it's generally kinda frowned upon as in it's considered a bit gay, but part of the game. It's just too easy to use kinda.
The names Dictator, Claw and Boxer are not ingame names. They are used to refer to the 3 characters. Jap version: Claw = Balrog, Dictator = Vega, Boxer = M.Bison

they are referred to those names for simplicity and to avoid confusion with the name changes between the US and Japanese version names.
For instance: the name "Balrog" could either be the boxer guy in the US version or the claw ninja guy in the JP version.
to make things easier: if you call them: boxer, claw or dictator.. everyone would know who they are regardless of which version you're playing.
