Many of these parents do care but they are living in squalid and terrible conditions. Don't refuse to help an innocent child simply for the parents mistakes. Jesus is the only way to forgiveness and we have all sinned and fallen short of His glory ,you included. Stop judging others and do something to help. Im praying for you.

The parents, well aware of what their actions will cause and their status of squalid and terrible conditions, are committing murder. To compare the sins of normal people, and the sins of the parents, is quite jocular and I question your credibility as a person knowledgeable about sin or Jesus. I have done something to help by letting others know HOW A PROBLEM STARTS AND CONTINUES

@homeloansmd The Bible makes it clear that all sins are equal in the eyes of God. He doesn't judge one sin as greater or worse. You must understand that. There are not differences in the magnitude of sin Biblically, thats a human concept. We can't punish innocent children for the faults of the parents. Our country does the same thing...it's called welfare.

My type of "help" solves a problem and has a goal of benefiting the greatest number of people with limited resources in the present and future. @homeloansmd With all due respect you need to stop and take a look at what your saying. The child my husband and I are sponsoring is an orphan…it’s not the parents fault they died nor the childs. The Bible commands that we help widows and orphans. You spout theology without compassion-the Bible makes clear that without love-your faith means nothing, and clearly your love is lacking. Your not only giving the Lord a poor reputation, but Christians as well.

It is reasonable to assume the parents have seen their own family starve, and they do understand how babies are created, and they do feel bad that the misery they experience, and know it is likely their actions can lead to a baby suffering in the misery.
