The wheelie bars on a FWD drag car keep the weight on the front wheels for better traction, haven't you ever seen a professional FWD drag car? that Tercel is beast and if your gonna post a comment do some research on it first because this kind of makes you look dumb and uninformed.

Actually small front slicks will work great with nitrous cars because they reduce the gear ratio for fast acceleration, because nitrous cars don't havethe top end of a turbo car. You want bigger slicks for a turbo cars application of power. The wheelie bar keeps the car from squatting under acceleration, but gives you the ability to run softer rear suspension so the rear tires don't hop all over the place at high speed over slight bumps thus you stay in a straight line causing a faster ET.
