Alright I'm back. And guess what. My friend bought the 2012 gt500 and I bought the new zl1. Yes u can buy them starting last week. We had a half mile drag race. We did it a total of 5 times and 4 out of 5 of those times my camaro won. So then we take out my other car. Let's just say my other car is a 6.5 liter V12 with 691 horsepower in it. I raced my camaro with my other car. I let my friend drive my other car and my other car won but you would be amazed that it didn't win by much. I
Yeah I did some facts on the 2013 gt500 and I think I really like it. But as for 2012 until the 2013 gt500 im still with the camaro. Even though im probably getting a camaro I think I do like the gt500

and for the dude that said corvette can beat both of them..... u r a little stupid. u CAN NOTTTT put a 2 seater car in this. like what venomouscobra said. that is a 6.2 liter 430 or 7.0 liter 505hp or 6.2 liter 638 horepower car against these. we all now that the corvette could probably outrun these. the corvette is built really for speed. the camaro and the mustang are built for pure excitement and fun, and the sound of the V8 engine. so if all your gonna talk about is the corvette then stay
but i can say this, if this battle keeps going like this, pretty soon the Camaro and the GT500 will be the fastest muscle cars on the planet. and thats a fact

Chevy did a dyno on one and it was making 609.71 hp. and plus to tell you the truth the GT500 might not even come out until 2014 because Ford say they wanna wait and see what the ZL1 can do.
and also ive heard rumors of the 2013 GT500 being close to 80k. now like i said those are just rumors, but i can see it being that much. and theres rumors saying the ZL1 will only be between 65-70k. now if this is true, the camaro is between 10-15k less than the GT500. and im sorry but just for a few less horsepower. no i wouldnt pay that much. plus ive seen a video of the ZL1 and the GT500 in a drag race. the camaro didnt win by much though, but it still won. but the camaro was against a 2011

i hope you guys are ready for what i have to say. here i go. mustangs suck compared to the camaro. lets take the Shelby GT500 and the new Camaro ZL1. the GT500 is only making a total of 540-550 horsepower, and only has a 5.4 liter supercharged V8. now the 6.2 liter supercharged V8 you get in the camaro is making 580-590 horspwer. someone ordered one and said it was making close to 600 horspower. it will do 0-60 in under 4 seconds. and if thats not enough for you how about u get the hennessey ZL1
@VenomousCobraR Shelby isn't smoking anything, barely their tires, I eat gt 500's with a 525 rwhp vette. Raced three of them, guess what I won all three times. I like the looks of the mustang but it is not all that.
