How to install mods in soulstorm

i am tryin to get iron warriors mod to work but it is soooooo confusing

I'm currently using windows 7 and I followed all your steps; though I'm trying to get Firestorm over Kaurava on my game. plus it won't allow me to open up soulstorm at it's location the second time. Care to detail me on how to do this portent of installing the mod?
