all these products we gobble down contains nitrates/nitrites and are causing cancer. But WTF are we supposed to eat????????????????? No one tells us that. Thereis a massive world wide food shortage and getting worse. You take away thechemicals that are killing us and the food will spoil so what are we to do?Without these chemicals there will be NO FOOD !!!!!!

eat fresh fruits and vegetables. don't buy a lot at one time, get 3-5 pieces of fruit so that you eat them before they spoil. vegetables store a bit easier in the fridge than fruit.

as for meat, find a butcher, not the one in the local supermarket or big box store, a real honest to god butcher store. the quality is well worth the cost.

real food is unfortunately more expensive than the crap most people eat.

never go to a fast food place either.

@glamourpho Did you know that you can keep a McDonalds hamburger out for several years with out it spoiling. There's a museum made by a guy who has been buying 1 cheeseburger every year since the 1980s. But I personally prefer to eat organic foods.
