Well ainsworthgirl15 as long as i can see how old you are i think that you are one of the many grown up litle whores how thinks John CenaSucks Rey Misterio The clown and many other silly lads are big stars and cool and real champs...well take DVDs as much as you can from the Attedutte era watch out shut your big stinky mouth put a midle finger on your ass and then you can say something about "The bigest super star for all the time" said by Vince, "The bigest compedetor in the entaire history"
This promo is sending shivers up my spine. I rate this as the best promo ever. We must all stop comparing then to now because the demographic targets were different. Now it's for kids where b4 teens and young adults where the primary targets.
This was when the WWF was Awesome. I still have this PPV on tape. I feel sorry for the people that just started watching WWE like 3 years ago. I still watch it but only cause of HBK, HHH, The Undertaker, Kane, Jericho, Orton, & Edge.
I feel sorry for all the wrestling fans who missed the Attitude era. I unfortunately started watching WWF after this happened but caught it just in time for the Rock vs McMahon-Helmsley faction feud and enjoyed it all the way to WM 20.
First WWF ladder match was Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels in 1992. Stampede Wrestling innovated it in the 70s. When the WWF brought in Bret, he brought the match.
Scott Hall didn't enter the WWF until 1992. My other comment is correct. Stampede Wrestling created the ladder match, and Bret Hart brought it to the WWF when he signed back in the 80s. It was not put into use until 1992 though, where Bret defeated Shawn Michaels.
Wow... yeah Ramon and Michaels had a ladder match at WMX. I didn't say that wasn't true. It wasn't the first ladder match though. Wikipedia ladder match. It will show you that Bret Hart brought the match from Stampede Wrestling and he was in the first WWF ladder match in 1992 TWO YEARS BEFORE WRESTLEMANIA X.
dumb ass search it or do some fuckin research wikipedia is an online dictionary i could change anything i want saying undertaker and michaels fought in the first ladder match
Find me multiple sources that show that the Ramon/Michaels match happened before the Bret/Michaels match (available on youtube!) and I will write you a check for $100. If you can't, you should do the same for me.
I'm probably falling for some sarcasm here though. If you aren't being serious, congrats you got me.
In a way you are right Bret Did defeat Michaels In A House Show But WWE Do Not Count House Shows So When They Had The Ladder Match At Wrestlemania X So In A Way Your Right But WWE Counts Michaels Vs Ramon The First Ladder Match Ever
Do you guys remember when Vince McMahon won the Royal Rumble 1999?
This maybe sound wrong, but I wish Austin would have won the Rocks Title and it would have been Austin vs McMahon at Wrestlemania 15. This would have been a horrible Match, but this would have been the must buyed Wrestlemania(Maybe PPV, Wrestling had its boom back then) EVER!

So what you are saying is that the title changes at house shows didn't actually happen since house shows don't count?
Just so you know, the WWE produced "History of the Ladder Match" DVD lists the Bret/Shawn ladder match as the first one in WWE history.

I dont care what other people say, but this was the best Storyline in WWE History.
I remember when McMahon was the Higher Power and I was sitting there and saying: "WHAT! NO WAY! SON OF A BITCH!"
And I wasnt a Mark at that time lol
