There should be 3 screws on that carb. the two that are real close together are the high speed jet adjustment H and the low speed adjustment L. The 3rd screw is off to the side where the throttle cable connects to the throttling plate. With the engine off twist the throttle control look where it connects to the carb. Look at what the plate stops on when you release the throttle. should be the end of a screw, thats your throttle adjustment screw.
mines so much compression, like u dnt even knoowww, it runs really strong and also has a steel frame...this eengine is good too

sounds like its running lean. the idle seems a tad high and it sounds like a lean sort of bog.
