Yea, that cop was indicted today in court. The charges aren't released to public yet but they are expected to be at the minimum, one charge of filing a false police report and one charge of Assault. One of the few victories highlighting the truth about Police in this country.

yea my sister was arrested for videotaping a drunk off duty cop assaulting someone. They tried to say she was inciting a riot and ended up charging her with disorderly conduct. They even tried to charge her with public drunkness but she demanded an alcohol test when they got to the magistrate because she hadn't had a drop of alcohol. Luckily the truth came out about the assault and the fact that my sis was innocent and now she has a huge settlement coming.

yea my sister was arrested for videotaping a drunk off duty cop assaulting someone. They tried to say she was inciting a riot and ended up charging her with disorderly conduct. They even tried to charge her with public drunkness but she demanded an alcohol test when they got to the magistrate because she hadn't had a drop of alcohol. Luckily the truth came out about the assault and the fact that my sis was innocent and now she has a huge settlement coming.
