As a singer, myself, I have to point out, admiringly, how impeccable Julie's phrasing is. These fast-tempo-"Charleston" lyrics can be gibberish if not performed by a singer who knows how break the lines up into correct phrases --- and who also has cyrstal diction, which is another of Miss Andrews' great glories.
