@seal6892 Diet is a must & do abdominal strength & core conditioning twice a week, strength &endurance, once a week and full body strength &conditioning twice a week, and use light weights, high reps & use speed, this is my new routine for rushfit, and add bar-barian training or challenges with rushfit workouts ,do it before or after rushfit, this type of exercise will get you rip not big, stick to it you will see the result, i'm still experimenting myself lol
@seal6892 No supplements bro! diet, water and rushfit, that was before, now i think of taking the supplements,a lot of reps and hard training, my muscles need to recovery as quick as possible, that's maybe why i always get injured, my muscles were sure every day since i started rushfit until now, maybe of my old age or because of no supplements,if you can afford it get some bro!
@MrZenzubel The strength comes from how hard i push myself when training.Since doing Rushfit i have became even stronger, but i did have my own strength to start with, Rushfit has helped my endurance & core strength dramatically.
@KidsOnOverload45 Bro that's a hard and interesting question,iv'e been asking alot of my work mates about it,i think i lost alot of body fat & gained some lean muscle, iv'e lost 16 lbs,but i'm bigger than before,i never measure myself ,but i can tell by my clothes and pictures.
@myauramusic Thnx bro! i love rope climb, be good if i can make it there ,i work 6 days & my only day off i spend with family, that's why i do all my workouts at home, i'd love to be out there with people to train, just dont have the time.
Hey. I want to ask your advise. I am finishing intermediate training (few days left) and am going to start advanced training. Problem is food. I am teen and have to go to school, do homework, prepare for exams...and really its nearly imposible to do everything what is recommended in nutrition guide. I am doing basic things (no alchohol, trying to lower amout of fats I use). Can you recommend me anything (seriously)? What do you think will results I might get with this is worth it?
@ancienking well schools pretty easy you only eat twice,so just make sure there healthy choices, you will find that your metabolism will speed up by eating more frequently,a hand full of nuts is a quick snack, or a apple, try having a big breakfast, then recess at school will be your 1st snack, lunch say a salad chicken wrap another piece of fruit, when you get home a small snack again, then try having dinner by 6pm, try to prepare your food the night before, try cutting down on carbs & sugars also
@ancienking Only you will know how much effort your putting into your workouts, seriously don't stress over the food,i don't follow the nutrition guide that came with rushfit, but i do eat healthy alot of greens, fish, chicken, lean beef, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, water, just mix it up whatever you feel like as long as its healthy, nothing beats healthy food but if you are really pressed for time fat free low carb protein shakes can replace your snacks, light n easy is also good for busy peepz, will cost ya
@100stamina well i just got out of the marines like 6 months ago, so im not in bad shape, but 6 months of laziness takes its toll. ill probably just start out with intermediate. thanks for the answers bro
@ChalmDeezy it depends on your fitness level to start off with, i started on the advanced but like i said i was only using 10lbs to start with, i did struggle at first, til i got used to it, have to push through it.
Hey man, good work. I am looking to run your exact program. I just am wondering if taking kre-alkalyn will help. i have alot of body fat to lose. please get back to me. thanks
@RyanAndreyka27 Hey bro thnx,i don't know all that much about kre-alkalyn, it is a creatine, i used to take creatine way back when i used to go to the gym, i found that it does make the body store fluid which can cause weight gain, but it is only fluid not fat so you can still use it for energy if you wanted to.
@riccosuabe Hey bro, i eat six times a day ,big breakfast, big lunch & small dinner because i finish work late at night and i always eat snacks between the three meals. I eat heaps of vegtables, chicken, red meat & less carbs .I Think the main key is how hard you push yourself, you probably already know that, good luck bro!

Did you used this same workout for every 8 weeks?
I was doing the intermediate calendar but i had a hand injury and had to stop it. I will repeat it more closer to the summer.
I'm asking this because in the calendar there is a lot of fight conditioning and i'm not interested in it
Great vids and keep it up! ;)
