  • Thanks for sharing this decent video, brynmag! We'd like to share your video on Samsungimaging main channel&Blog! :)

  • @samsungimaging That's awesome. Thank you so much.

  • Cool insects... It is actually of really good quality macro video. Nice job, Bryn. :)

  • @my35Xvision Thank you so much. New camera. Still ironing out the kinks but getting there.

  • I did use the time lapse when it worked at first and it's pretty cool

  • @TurboVonCrim Hmmm....I wonder why it stopped working.

  • @brynmag not sure why it stopped working.. I suspect it's a firmware issue maybe.. as physically it's fine and everything else works great.. when I put it on time lapse and push record it starts but then just freezes up.. the other thing I noticed as fsb pointed out is they like a lot of light.. not so hot in the house.

  • well winter is holding me back some from taking much video.. and now I'm thinking about sound too as after struggling with the audio from the pond shot I finally gave up and found sounds that I heard or might of heard to put in with the music,

  • @TurboVonCrim Why what happened to the audio? I have found the micriphone to be excellent.

  • @brynmag the audio is fine.. but I had a lot of background noise on the audio of that video and I want to experiment with microphones and reducing the noise... I found an old stereo microphone on ebay that I hope to win for cheap just to see if I could put it outside and record the animals and such.. might try and make one of those fluffy things too that they put over the microphone to help reduce wind noise.

  • @TurboVonCrim You might be able to find an old squirrell.

  • @brynmag squirrel tends to muffle the sound and doesn't much reduce wind noise.. now a rabbit might work but then a coyote would probably up and eat my microphone.

  • nice shots.. I have not tried the H304BN on macro yet as it got cold outside but this vid looks great, I can see the potential.. I think maybe we have the same guy giving us advise on cameras btw. :-).. I'm a little bummed that the time lapse on mine doesn't work anymore and I have been not wanting to send it back because I'll miss that perfect shot as it's been cloudy like everyday this year.. well almost, which is pacific north west stinky boy weather and well not Pennsylvania but I digress :)

  • @TurboVonCrim I think your right. That is a bummer about your timelapse. That is the next thing I will "test run". Addicted to your cam much?

  • @brynmag I really wanted to use the audio I had which had the geese, the sparrow.and I heard a plane in the distance which I could not find a sound for.. and I think I used up all the natural sounds on the internet for this local in one video tossing in an eagle and a heron too.
