3:30 strumming is twice as fast as it should be, and should be a chord because it's in octaves on real guitar.

This CAN'T be FCed. Rock Band has a strumming limit to it, meaning if you strum faster than the limit, the game stops registering your strumming for a brief moment. If the streak of notes at 3:29 was shorter, than it could be possible. Hopefully they fix this in Rock Band 2 making this FCable.
