Railworks 2 is far better, not just graphics but also content, its a cleaned up version of rail simulator, Either to buy or down load same as RS, gotta love the stanier black five on this sim though!

Bearing in mind you can pick this up for £8, do you think that Railworks is worth it (£30+), and why does railworks get stuck in laptop drives (as i'd be using a laptop)

Raiworks gets stuck in laptop drives because the railworks disk is a very thin "eco disk".

yes i have it on a very cluttered pc mabey 2000 mb used many memory expansion devises i have around 40-50 flashdrives in right now using usb splitters and yes it works

hey everybody. i just bought this game for a laptop and it gets as far as the scenairo breifing and freezes. i tried it on free roam and it stops at the same spot. help me! is it made for a laptop? or does the computer's video driver crappy?

It totally, and completely depends on the specifications of your laptop and the state of your install (to a point).

A 1.6ghz intel M cpu for example, wouldn't be enough :) Hope this helps.

anyway, most laptops arent event ment for games and media unless its stated as a "top class" computer, when it says media computer, it doesent neciseraliy mean that it can handle games like rail sim and flight sim!

look for one with a good processor, graphics card (nvida geForce 8600 GT 256 MB is a good stock one) anyway, if youre going to play games on your laptop, buy a non media laptop with no graphics card but with good processor and cpu, then buy awesome graphics seperatly!

Why is the train on the 'wrong line' for such a long time? Do the 'right line' signals apply to the other tracks when the train is on 'wrong line orders'?

as long as path in fron is clear, it can sty on that line, but today, that would only be for a short time. anyway, its completely safe with todays interlocking signals, and train safety systems

it is, fireman i think control presure in the boiler and keep the fire going

Cylinder cocks are the drivers job.

Has nothing to do with steam supply, they allow the condensated water out of the cylinders after being stationary (or when the engine primes, carries water from the boiler..), to aviod blowing the packing or end cap of the cylinder or bending a rod.

omg if my dad had pc he would love this . My Great Grandad work on this station years ago , hes now in his 80s and talk all the time about this place . My dad would also run along the train linkes back in the 60s .
