Truly one of the best bands of all time. I was honored enough to have seen them on the Freedom of Choice tour and met them at a record signing ... they all signed the back of the album and it's one of my most treasured items. I am not surprised that they sound as good as tehy ever did. Thanks for posting this gem!

thanks for your comments everybody - I was outraged that NBC didn't show this and that they won't show any of the performances that have been lined up for the Olympics. I wish I could have gotten accreditation so I would have had a better spot to shoot but neither NBC nor the IOC would give that to me - this came out just fine in spite of that.

Yeah, I am pretty upset at NBC too. My kids (10 and 12) begged me to let them stay up to watch DEVO perform that night, it was a school night too! DEVO's Facebook page said NBC would broadcast at 7:30 Pacific time, which was 10:30 here.

They were already heartbroken because we had to miss them in Chicago last November, and then NBC lies to the world about this. It's soooo not right man!

Wow! I love it! Mark has his hair sticking up like he did during some of the later times back then.

They are looking really healthy and fit. Just compare this performance to some of the ones a couple years back.
