I really like the opening. For me, I rather see Seimei with Soubi than Ritsuka. Sorry peepz, it's just that I cannot stand Ritsuka being soo weak towards Soubi, who is a hypocritical jerk. Soubi keeps saying his not a perv, yet he keeps kissing Ritsuka. At least, even Seimei doesn't appear, I think his pretty cool and is in control with his relationship with Soubi. I'm just not into shotocon; rather, I wanna see two grown man together.

But that's just my opinion as a hardcore yaoi fangirl.

Sorry, but this anime is okay, but not my thing (don't get me wrong,I'm a hardcore Yaoi fangirl). I just don't like the characters. :-/

The big let down of this anime for me is that, THERE ARE JUST TOO MANY GIRLS!!!ugh! Why are they even there!And watching this feels like a hardcore yaoi fan like me getting rickrolled. :-/

But I do like the dark plot and graphics,it's just the characters that I don't like,although I do like Seimei ^_^,but he hardly appears.

But I do recomend this to newbies.

I'm a guy so I'm not really big into the man-on-man love thing, but that doesn't necessarily mean I won't enjoy this anime.

So my question is - is this a show that's exclusively about gay love, or is a otherwise enjoyable show that happens to have some gay love in it here and there?

I'm not a homophobe, I just don't want to watch a show that is exclusively about a subject for which I have no interest. So if this is like Strawberry Panic but with guys instead, I'm not gonna be interested.

its not really about the whole love between guys thing. basically Ritsuka is a 12 year old boy in grade school who's personality does a whole 180 on his 10th birthday as well as amnesia. Ritsuka's mother abused and hated ritsuka for the entire change and he goes to his older brother Seimei for protection from his mother. his brother is founded murdered in Ritsuka's seat at school by a secret organization. Soubi, a friend of Seimei and his fighter, was ordered by Seimei in order2 fight 4 Ritsuka

everyone that is a fighter or sacrifice has a name that imprinted on their body somewhere. this name was decided even before that person is born. Fighters and Sacrifices have the same names in order to work together well in a spell battle. Seimei had the name beloved so Soubi has that name. Ritsuka has the name loveless. since soubi and ritsuka dont have the same name they have to lightly kiss to form a small bond. its not because they are attracted but to give soubi strength for spell battles.

When you watch the anime, you think it's amazing. When you read the manga, you realize that it's not nearly as good. This is my fourth favorite manga. Loveless is amazing. And it makes you have to think. I love this song. :D
