Whatever space you are growing in HAS to be COMPLETELY dark. One speck of light enters that room and you end up with hermies. Sad but true. Make it kind of a habit to STAY OUT while lights are off. Let them do their thing and reward your work.

maybe i missed something but with that guy who comes home from work in his dark cycle- why not with his next group of plants he switch his times around, have his light cycle happening during time when hes home to check his plants- and his dark cycle during the day- might have to do some extra checking for light leaking in from windows n stuff but thats the easiest way to avoid interupting ur plants sleep

The general rule of thumb is one foot per gallon. i.e. a 5 gallon pot will support a 5 foot plant.

1 G per month is a base rule

if ur growing for a total of 5 months a 5G bucket is fine.

let the soil dry and pull it out with the plant if u see alot of roots on the side its time to transplant

Kinda cool tho. I flower mine in 2 gallon drip buckets and perp. harvest every 6 weeks. I have it down to a harvest every two weeks between the three rooms. And I grow 3 different Medical strains.

Thanks for the tips! As far as the dehumidifier for drying though. I would let people know what temperature and humidity to dry at first.

If humidity is to high then use the dehumidifier. If it takes shorter than 5 days than you are drying too fast!

Ok, i'll try to clear it up. Say you have a grow op in a closet or something concealed in a larger room. If the plants are in there night cycle, your going to want to turn the light off in the larger room before opening the grow op so no traces of light bother the "sleeping" plants. Now, with these led head sets, you can turn them on while all the lights are off ( larger room included ), so you can see where your going to access/take care of what ever you need while in the off hours.

Hey dude i think plants dont sleep when they are in dark, mybe im wrong but i always tougth when they are in darkness they grow buds from the energy they collected when the lights was on, yeah :D

Thats exactly right. Plants store the energy that the light provides and during the "night" cycle they photsynthesize and turn that energy into sugar production. The real magic happens when it's dark guys.
