Something is really weird with youtube lately. You really shouldn't have to re-upload videos whenever something like this happens. The length can't be the problem with the video since you've uploaded almost six hour long videos in the past.

I can't jump forward in the video. I had to stop to go out and eat so I turned of the video and I'm pretty sure I watched about an hour into it. Does that mean I need to watch it all again?

Those of you, who are struggling with long videos, and can not watch them in one sitting. I use jdownloader to download long videos, and then use kmplayer, because it can remember where you left off. Probably other players can do that to, but this is what works for me.
