that's a swimming carpet of plants they dig through..under that there is plenty of water.. that's either Amazonia or Pantanal. Sadly they don't care much about limits or keeping the fish fresh at least.

I'm all for hunting/fishing as long it has conservation in mind, like USA and other countries, heck, even Africa understands that professional/regulated hunting PROTECT wildlife...NOT Brazil, third world/corrupt officials,its ME first,screw everybody else mentality , too bad for Brazil!

Argentina, Chile and other countries already woke-up to regulate hunting and started investing/protecting their wild game.

@Tobrak i would imagine 90 percent of the hunting and fishing that goes on in brazil is subsistence hunting i.e. they kill it to eat it cause that is how they live ... argentina and chile have huge droves of commercial sport hunters perhaps that is why they have regulated hunting ... if you want to call limitless duck and dove hunting regulated

there is are a few ponds out there that get taken over by grass and will actually form a layer over the entire surface of the pond, completely hiding it from view. overtime the bottom of this layer decomposes and turns into a muck for newer and bigger plants to grow on. This cycle of decomposition and growth continues and can get thick enough for you to walk on. My bio class once took a field trip to see one, and we all stood on it and jumped and created land waves, it was pretty cool and scary!
