my first heroes was 3 , some day i got homm1 and i decided to play with my brother. I never forgot hou much funny it was , when my brother was attacked by trolls in his castle. He said"oki time to lower castle gates and destroy them" ups no castle gate?!? :D , some one forgot to build it entrance to this castle :D the trolls shoot his ass up and he couldnt leave the castle walls :) haha

HoMM 1 is definitely a classic, 2 more just an extention. 3 was by the far the best I've played, 4 was a disappointment, 5 i have yet to try...

but HoMM, i remember having a hot-seat showdown that lasted a good long hour. in the end, only 1 dwarf out of 2 huge armies survived. that was fun =)

you havent played HoMMV yet??!! Tribes of the East (expansion pack) is the best cause its got all the creatures from Hammers of Fate, original HoMMV and new ones. oh yeah, mind you that the game was released ages ago and you dont know what you are missing out on!

Soon I found out that also a friend of my dads son had it, he was 16 and played halo quite alot, so he lent me the game. And later the lending changed to its mine. I have all the Homm. I mean homm 1, homm 2 (expansion 2), homm 3 (also Expansion), homm 4 ( Both expansions sets) and ofc homm 5. both HOF and TOE. Clearly the most succesful of the games was Homm 3, but i still like all the other Homm games. It was easy to start and easy to play.

The best game franchise in history for me period :) hope Homm VI will bring some classic gameplay elements back and leave that god awful childish graphics as was with Homm V.
