actually, as an Aussie who is living in England I quite like it alot. Oh and Australia doesn't have that many biggest family houses - at least not many suburbs in Brisbane where I once lived! The food wasn't that great here - in fact because of the drought we also had weird tasting water too.

In addition, there's also an objective measure known as the Global Peace Index, which relies on a broad range of factors to determine how peaceful a country is (Google it and you'll find it).
You'll note that we're sitting at #19 out of 149 countries... fair to say that puts us above 'most' countries, don't you think?
