  • hi, i just wanted to say you are landing open. You see the white line to your right in the vid...if you had it going through the middle of your posting foot you would want your stride foot to land on the line..it can be slightly right or left of it but in contact. Lift knee, lead front hip, drive and stride leg will drop, then turn your hips slightly before foot plant, keep the shoulders closed and in line, Land then swivel your Glove hand down and in, then Pull your torso n let it ride.

  • Your motion looks stiff. Check the internal rotation of your hips, you look like you're lacking some hip Range of Motion. If you work some stretching in that area, it will allow you to finish over your front leg better. Also, don't force the ball to break on your change and deuce. Slow your front leg down on the way out, and let the grips do the work for you. Your arm looks live, let your mechanics do the work, not your arm.

  • you might want to try a longer stride your velocity will increase, and push off more i mean i know your not on a mound but it looks like your all arm
