Shugo Tokumaru is certainly not an unappreciated artist among the average person though. There's alot of artists who are also talented but who aren't well "appreciated"; of course, that may be because of the genre.

Anyway, this guy is the only "Pop" music that I like; probably because I adore all Japanese music.

welcome to the world dominated by public media. They sell cheap garbage and make million of dollars while we need to dig deep underground to look for talented musicians. But damn it at the same time I really hope great musicians don't get too recognizable or else they too will get sucked into the mentality of making money over making good music. I don't want them to lose a single ounce of creative control.
