Your videos talk about "efficient upgrades" but if you add up the costs on a typical 2000sqft home you are looking at 15k geothermal, 6k foam insulation, 4k appliances/water heater. At a good 7% morgage, you are looking at 146$/month just for insterest!!!!! Heating and cooling is usually 50-60% of total bill, avg hvac bill on 2000sqft in U.S. is @120$. So, even if you now needed ZERO power to heat and cool, you would lose 25$/month. Nifty: yes ROI:lose, lose
