most of them are done (sorry to disappoint you), while some are in process....meaning that they are halfway done! some of teh apartments are already been bought while teh buildings are in the process of being completed...We have bought such an apartment and the building is expected to be finished in 2010...

these buildings r beautiful that they are building in yerevan, but no one has the money to live in them. they go for millions of dollars and no one has this money except mafia and some armenians from LA. and they just go to armenia for 2 weeks out of the yr! i am all for construction but lets make it more realistic and lets also focus outside of yerevan i.e. gyumri... they need it there!

hamovik these new buildings are earthquake proof. They have to be its the law or less there is a huge fault if an earthquake(god forbid) was to strike. Just look at Cali its has the biggest skyscrapers. The most earthquakes as well. As long as the buildings are built properly than its fine. These buildings aren't that big anyways.
