good tekken players prefer not to use grabs, but based on experience, grabs are very applicable if u use slow characters because the opponent would most likely be guarding for a counter-attack, in this video it was obviously shown, although it is a bad example...

agreed. Another good one is Bryan, dude delays his elbow strikes and kicks the delivers with little apology for your guard. It's all about timing, once u have a good sense of timing you'll def land the big shots. Heihachi, Lei, yoshimitsu are also favourites of mine
